Toning it up

Since I posted last week about getting in shape I thought it might be a good idea to post some before and after photos from last year when I changed my diet and exercise plan (aka actually started being active!). Around April 2012 I gave up Gluten and temporarilty gave up dairy, caffine, soy and corn (for about 2 months). It was quite the challange but my digestive system thanked me. I felt better, had more energy and a better nights sleep. Most importantly I started biking to work and getting up to do 20 minute ab workouts in the morning. They were fairly minor changes to my daily routine that made a big difference.


 
I'll take a before photo of me this week and post it soon. Then after 8 weeks of the Tone it up Bikini Series workout I will post an after photo. A lot of woman I know who are trying to lose weight or tone their bodies say that after weeks they don't notice a difference until they stumble upon an old photo and then they really notice a difference. It's a great way to prove to yourself how hard you are working!
