Weekday Shimmer

Sometimes, you just need to wear a little bling. This is my absolute favourite necklace. It's one of those pieces that when I wear it, strangers stop to ask where I bought it. I saw an almost identical necklace late last year at J Crew for around $150 and found this one at Urban Outfitters for $40. I decided to treat myself to it for Christmas and leave it under the tree from Santa. Thanks Santa, it's been a gift that's kept on giving.

Combined with my slightly shimmering top, I brought a little J-Lo to work with me. Ok ok, maybe people won't start singing "Love don't cost a thing" when I walk by but I feel a little more glamorous with some sparkle.

 

 

 

 

 

(If you look closely you can see the little bugs that look like white flakes flying in front of the camera over my face...an annoying but sure sign of better weather!)
